Door BREACH (usebreach.app) te gebruiken ga je akkoord met deze Gebruiksvoorwaarden. Als je niet akkoord gaat, gebruik de dienst dan niet.
02. De dienst
BREACH biedt cyber-bewustheidstraining via interactieve scenario's en een AI Coach. De dienst kan zich in de tijd ontwikkelen.
03. Accounts
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beveiligen van je accountgegevens en voor activiteit onder je account.
04. Aanvaardbaar gebruik
Je gaat ermee akkoord de dienst niet te misbruiken, inclusief pogingen om de beveiliging te omzeilen, reverse-engineering of gebruik voor onwettige doeleinden.
05. Intellectueel eigendom
BREACH content, scenario's, branding en software zijn eigendom van BREACH of haar licentiegevers en beschermd door toepasselijk recht.
06. Abonnementen & facturatie
Betaalde abonnementen, factureringscycli, restitutie- en opzeggingsregels worden hier gedetailleerd.
07. Disclaimers
BREACH wordt geleverd "as is" zonder enige garantie buiten wat de wet vereist.
08. Aansprakelijkheidsbeperking
Voor zover wettelijk toegestaan is BREACH niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte of gevolgschade.
09. Beëindiging
We kunnen toegang opschorten of beëindigen bij overtreding van deze Voorwaarden. Je kunt op elk moment stoppen met het gebruik van de dienst.
10. Wijzigingen
We kunnen deze Voorwaarden bijwerken. Materiële wijzigingen worden via de dienst gecommuniceerd.
11. Toepasselijk recht

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BREACH is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
