02. Welke gegevens verzamelen we
Accountinformatie, scenario-interacties, apparaat-identifiers en basis-analytics die nodig zijn om de dienst te leveren.
03. Hoe gebruiken we je gegevens
Om scenario's te leveren, de AI Coach te personaliseren, geaggregeerde voortgang te meten, misbruik te voorkomen en het product te verbeteren.
04. Delen met derden
We verkopen geen persoonsgegevens. Sub-verwerkers (hosting, analytics, e-mail) zullen hier worden opgesomd met links naar hun beleid.
05. Bewaartermijnen
Bewaartermijnen per datacategorie worden hier vastgelegd na finalisering door juridisch advies.
06. Je rechten
Toegang, correctie, verwijdering, dataportabiliteit en bezwaarrechten onder toepasselijk recht (inclusief AVG/GDPR) worden hier beschreven.
07. Kinderen
BREACH is niet gericht op kinderen onder de 13. Specifiek leeftijdsbeleid wordt hier bevestigd.
08. Internationale doorgifte
Wanneer gegevens buiten je regio worden doorgegeven, worden de toegepaste waarborgen (SCC's etc.) hier gedocumenteerd.
